1. Citizens “pull together” to make change..What do you think that this means?
2. What does it mean to be a “citizen”? What ideas do you have that relate to this word?

 During Video:

Write down any vocabulary words that you heard and did not understand.

After Video:

1. What was the young man’s idea? How can you explain what he created? 
2. What was the purpose of a “citizen school”? What do you think “citizen teachers” do?
3. What did the idea have to do with the concept of “joining hands” to “pull together”?
