General objective: Students will be able to
learn about governmental systems.

Students will learn new vocabulary connected to the governmental systems
(branch, legislative, executive, judicial, inauguration, coronation.....) and
use it in the different writing tasks.
Civic objective: By the end of lesson, Ss will
be able to describe governmental systems and speak about Georgian government
using new vocabulary.

are 16 students in the 7th
grade. It is a mixed ability class. There are no students with special need.
Materials: white board and markers, handouts, posters, pencils, projector for power point presentation of
Governmental systems.
Activities: warm-up, pre-teaching
vocabulary, activity of answer the questions in pairs by checking students' possessed
information of Georgian governmental system, activities of fill in gaps,
matching and fill the Venn Diagram with differences and similarities of
president and king.
