The US embassy has announced the 2013 Study of the U.S. Institutes for Secondary School Educators and Administrators. 30 multinational teachers and administrators will be sent to the United States. Two Institutes for Secondary Educators will be offered, one with a focus on classroom teachers and the other with a focus on administrators, teacher trainers, curriculum developers, textbook writers, and ministry of education officials, among others. Each Institute includes a four week academic residency component and a two week integrated study tour (six-week tour).
This is an excellent opportunity for ELCE teachers to participate in a professional development exchange programs. PH International will be pleased to provide recommendation letters in support of the applications they submit.
